Caran d’Ache has reached a new milestone in its eco-responsible approach! Switzerland’s most commonly used everyday pen, the 825, has been given a facelift by becoming more responsible.

Made from wood chips produced during the manufacture of our pencils, the 825 is dressed with a new eco-friendly outfit. Wood chips collected entirely in-house from the manufacturing of our colour pencils in the Caran d’Ache workshops in Geneva: nothing is lost, everything is transformed, long live the circular economy!
