The gift card for giving

Your gift card works in the same way as a payment method. To use it, fill your shopping basket with the products you want to buy. When placing the order, go to the payment step then click on the “Pay with a gift card” box. You should then enter your gift card information (gift card no. and security code) as well as the amount you want to pay using the card.

If a gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be refunded by Caran d’Ache. However, you can find the code of your gift card (13 digits) and the security code (4 characters) on the PDF version of the gift card sent to the beneficiary by e-mail. If you require any assistance, you can contact our customer service.

The Caran d’Ache gift card is valid for one year from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation e-mail.

Unfortunately, the gift card cannot be refunded, even partially, and cannot be resold or exchanged. We are nevertheless sure that you will what you are looking for on our website.
