The Caran d'Ache International Guarantee applies to Caran d'Ache writing instruments (Ecridor, Léman, Varius and limited editions) sold by one of the authorised Caran d'Ache stores or retailers worldwide.

Your Caran d'Ache Haute Écriture instrument has been manufactured in compliance with the high standards of Caran d'Ache. It comes with a guarantee for any manufacturing or material defect covering a period of two years from the date of purchase. The guarantee period may be extended to five years free of charge by registering your writing instrument using our guarantee extension form below.
