What does the corporate gift ordering process involve?
After contacting our Corporate Gift Department, a sales representative will get in touch with you in order for you to work together in defining your customisation needs and to give you a quote. When this has been approved, we provide you with a proof with the chosen customisation of your products. Approval of the proof launches the production of your order, which will be delivered to you on the date and at the place agreed on in the quote.

What kind of customisation techniques are available?
Depending on the product and the model selected, Caran d’Ache can offer the following types of customisation: laser engraving, diamond engraving, milling cutter engraving, silkscreen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, relief printing.

What part of the pens can I customise?
Depending on the model selected, you can personalise the ring (1), the body (2), the cap (3), the clip (4) or the button (5) of the writing instrument:

Can I also customise the packaging?
Most packaging can be customised. You’ll find samples of gift boxes and customised packaging for writing instruments and for pens from the Office Line collection. Our team is available to help you with a more precise request.

What are the lead times for delivery of corporate gift orders?
The lead times for delivery of customised products apply from the moment the proof is accepted and are between 3 and 10 weeks. Lead times depend on a number of factors: collection, colour, quantity, type of customisation … Delivery date is mentioned in the order confirmation. Please contact our Corporate Gift Department with a precise request so that we can provide you with an appropriate quote.

I have a very tight deadline – what can we do?
You can mention your deadline when you ask for your quote. With this information, our team will be able to give you a rapid confirmation regarding the feasibility of your project. For orders involving small quantities and with simple customisation (eg text engraving), you can also place your order directly with our online boutique (available in Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States of America).
