What is the EORI number?
The EORI number (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) is a unique European Union ID number that companies need for customs processes when importing and exporting outside the EU.
Caran d'Ache exports its products from Switzerland* and is therefore required to undergo customs clearance.

How can you obtain an EORI number?If you are a company outside of Switzerland, you can obtain your EORI number from the customs body in your country of origin.
