Your points balance does not update in real time. Only after your order has been invoiced and shipped, you can log in to your customer account and view your available loyalty points directly in the "MY LOYALTY PROGRAM" tab.

Once you've reached 300 loyalty points, your 10% discount code will be available in your customer account, via email, and on the checkout page. Simply copy and paste the code into your cart, and the discount will automatically apply to your current order.

Please note, your Loyalty Offer is valid exclusively on carandache.com. It is strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotional codes. For example, you cannot apply both your 10% Loyalty Offer and your 15% Birthday Offer to the same order. Your unlocked discount code is not valid for the purchase of dematerialized products such as Personalized Engraving or E-Gift Cards. Orders paid entirely with an E-Gift Card do not earn loyalty points.
