Water resistant, these pastels, that come in a rounded stick shape, offer exceptional covering power and vibrant colours. The pastels can be sharpened to a fine point which will allow for more intricate details as well as larger areas of solid colour.

Neocolor™II Aquarelle water-soluble wax pastels
